Privacy policy

TCG뉴스 (the "Outlet") maintains this privacy policy under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act to protect users' personal information and to handle related complaints promptly.

1. Personal information we collect

Readers: we have no membership or comment features, so we do not collect personal information such as names or contact details.
Tip and inquiry emails: we use the email address and content you send only to reply and for reporting.
Newsroom staff: we process the email addresses and access logs needed for login.
To count views, we briefly record that an article was read only inside the user's browser (session storage) and do not send personally identifying information to our servers.

2. Retention

We destroy information without delay once its purpose has been achieved. Tip and inquiry emails are destroyed one year after handling is complete; newsroom account information is destroyed when membership ends.
