The official ONE PIECE CARD GAME English website published five notices all at once on October 23 (local time). The most prominent is the '4th Anniversary Event (OP-18 Release Event)'. Set to coincide with the release of the new English booster pack 'THE DOMINANCE OF GOD [OP-18]', the event will be held at participating stores from November 20 to December 17. Participation prizes include the 4th anniversary promo card 'P-161 Monkey.D.Luffy' and 4th anniversary leader cards. On the same day, 'Double Pack Set Vol.13 [DP-13]' (November 20, 11.99 dollars) bundling two OP-18 packs, Official Card Sleeves 17, and the EB-05 card list along with an effect text errata apology were also unveiled.

4th Anniversary Event: 4-Week Store Tournament, Registration Opens November 6

According to the notice, the event is a store tournament celebrating both the release of OP-18 and the 4th anniversary of the game. For the tournament format, stores will choose one from Constructed, Sealed, and Standard Regulation. Participation applications will be accepted starting November 6 via the BANDAI TCG+ app, and a Bandai Namco ID is required. The list of participating stores was not provided separately, and players are instructed to search using the TCG+ store finder. Entry fees are not listed in the announcement. Bandai advised participants to check directly with stores as registration methods may vary.

The target new set, OP-18, is scheduled for release on November 20 for the English edition, with a suggested retail price of 4.99 dollars per pack. The set features 127+1 card types and is themed around Water Seven and the God's Knights. St. Gunko and St. Shamrock make their first appearance in the ONE PIECE CARD GAME. In official tournaments, the cards can be used starting 7 days after the regional release date.

The Japanese edition of OP-18 'The Dominance of God' will be released on November 21 at 240 yen per pack (6 cards per pack). Japan separately announced a 'Release Event' on October 16. It will be held at official shops from November 21 to December 17 [sic: December 6], with TCG+ pre-lottery applications running until October 25 and results announced on October 30. The Japanese announcement does not feature the '4th Anniversary' designation.

DP-13, Sleeves 17, and EB-05 Errata

DP-13 is a set containing two OP-18 booster packs and one new DON!! card (1 out of 2 types). The box can be used as a card case. The English edition release date is November 20, the same as OP-18, and the suggested retail price is 11.99 dollars.

Official Card Sleeves 17 come in four designs: St. Gunko, Loki, Straw Hat Crew, and Baroque Works. Each pack contains 70 sleeves, priced at 10 dollars on December 18 for the English edition and 990 yen (tax included) on December 19 for the Japanese edition.

For EB-05 'ONE PIECE HEROINES EDITION vol.2', 61 cards (EB05-001–061) have been added to the English card list. Bandai apologized on the same day that the card name was incorrectly printed as 'O-Robi' in the card text for EB05-033 Nico Robin. The same correction applies to versions with different illustrations, and it will be treated as read as 'Nico Robin'. It stated that some regions may not provide the corrected cards. No other compensation measures are mentioned in the notice.

No Announcements Yet for the Korean Edition

As of October 24, the notice list on the official Korean website (onepiece-cardgame.kr) does not contain any posts related to the OP-18 Korean edition, the 4th anniversary event, DP-13, or Sleeves 17. Recent notices include EBK-04 usage regulations (October 19), the Korea Championship 26-27 Season 2 Winter (October 16), and the 2026–2027 product release roadmap (October 2). Since the roadmap is posted only as an image, the Korean schedule for OP-18 related products could not be confirmed in this article. This announcement is based on the English edition (North American, European, Oceanian, Latin American, and Middle Eastern sites).
