Precautions Before Participation
One person can reserve up to two shops simultaneously, and additional reservations can be made once the applied tournament has ended. Once a person becomes a representative at one card shop, they cannot participate in other card shop qualifiers; if caught participating while concealing this, their invitation to the Finals will be revoked. Representative status cannot be forfeited or transferred. Absence without notice after reservation will result in a restriction on reservations for a certain period. Winners of 1st to 4th place in the KCS 2024 and 2025 finals are eligible for seed rights.
Separately, Daewon Media has been running a campaign since September 21 where one Advanced Event Pack is given for every 30,000 won spent on Korean-version products at official card shops (40,000 won or more for online retailers), while supplies last.
