The second world championship for the Korean trading card game 'CookieRun: Braverse Card Game' will be held overseas. On September 15, the official website announced that the 'World Championship 26-27' will take place over two days from Saturday, June 5, to Sunday, June 6, 2027, at QSNCC in Bangkok, Thailand.
First Event in Seoul, Second in Bangkok
According to a report by Newsis (뉴시스), the inaugural World Championship was held earlier this year on April 11-12 at S-Factory in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. Eighteen players selected from 10 regions, including South Korea, the United States, Canada, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, participated.
In this announcement, the organizers stated they are preparing side events that all players worldwide can enjoy alongside the seeded competitors. South Korea already has players who earned seed berths, and additional qualifiers will be decided through upcoming official tournaments. Detailed schedules and entry procedures will be announced later.
